My collaboration with Kenmark Eyewear is out in the world and available to put on YOUR face. I’ve been sneakily wearing them for a while now so it’s a damn joy that now I can share them with you and get to see you wearing them too! Designing in general felt like a big new challenge but sunglasses felt like a really natural fit for me (I hope you will agree) - I’ve loved the whole process and getting to do a whole different type of creative work.
I named the styles after songs in my favourite oldies playlist - imagine wearing each pair in a film and I think it makes a very complimentary soundtrack.
SEVEN WONDERS
Cat eye frames - reinvented. I love the classic cat eye style, but never felt able to pull it off - I want sunglasses I can wear, not have to balance on the end of my nose to look vaguely fashionable. Enter Seven Wonders. Such a wearable size, inset lenses for some added detail and my absolute go-to for every day.
Available in Black and Marble.
EVIL WOMAN
Who doesn’t love a massive pair of sunnies? I made this pair with a good amount of chunkiness and structure to match all the attitude they’re full of. I will always be a fan of an oversized frame and Evil Woman bring a touch of nostalgia too.
Available in Black, Amber and Cream.
PARADISE CITY
Paradise City are so fun! I love the option of a more classic shape in different colours and I’ve found they can have quite an impact on your mood - the amber in particular I find super cheerful. Putting a filter on the world as you’re walking around… I’m here for it when it looks this good.
Available in Black, Amber and Blue.
Rebel Rebel
Torn your dress? Face is a mess? No worries, rely on the sunglasses. If you prefer a metal frame then I hope these hit the spot for you… I find they give a basic outfit a bit of an update and somehow sit perfectly between 90s and now.
Available in Black and Copper.
Designing sunglasses is a totally new process for me and the first time I’ve made a product, which is nerve-wracking but also so exciting! I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to personally design eyewear that is both fun and well-made; it’s been great to work with such a reputable company like Kenmark Eyewear who ensure the standards of their producers and have helped me to make a high quality product that I’m proud to put my name on.
